Many ADHDers experience executive functioning challenges that can make everyday tasks, organisation, motivation and follow-through feel difficult. It can also be hard to stay focused during sessions or put new strategies into practice between appointments.
I created this structured one-to-one program to offer practical support, gentle accountability and strategies shaped around the way your brain works.
How does it work?
Each module is explored across one therapy session. Between sessions, I can provide reminder texts and emails to help you stay connected to your goals without adding pressure.
Location: Online or in my Inner West therapy space.
Frequency: You can choose a pace that feels manageable for you, although fortnightly sessions are generally recommended.
