6-Week Group ADHD Program

A 6 week group program hosted by Zenly and facilitated by Chapter One Counselling, designed to enhance your understanding of adult ADHD and how to overcome common challenges faced. Run by a mental health social worker, trauma psychotherapist and ADHDer. 


You will learn skills on how to understand and improve your executive functioning skills. We will focus on improving your attention navigating time management, mindfulness for those who struggle with staying mindful, over-thinking, limbic resistance, sleep issues and task paralysis to name a few. Each module is designed to help you enhance your understanding and strategies for your neuro-type.


This group has been made to be interactive and engaging, as we know how boring some trainings can be! We offer you the flexibility to interact as much or as little as you prefer, along with engaging experiential exercises. You will be given take-home modules to ensure that you can use these valuable skills for years to come.
