Many ADHDers struggle with executive dysfunction and find it difficult to manage everyday tasks. We know how difficult it can be to stay accountable, maintain motivation and stay on topic in sessions.
We have formulated a program to keep you accountable with a structured one on one program to ensure you get the most out of the program.
How it works?
Each module corresponds to one therapy session. During each session, we will explore a module in-depth, and you'll receive a booklet to take home for reflection. We understand how challenging it can be to stay on task, so don't worry! We'll keep you accountable with reminder texts and emails between sessions.
Location: Online or in our Inner West therapy spaces.
Duration: Frequency determined by you. We recommend fortnightly.
